We’re getting deep into the history of one of the most classic cocktails of all time, the Gin Daisy. Drink along with us as we explore this historical beverage.

Old School Gin Daisy Recipe:

2 OUNCES GIN,

3/4 OUNCE ORANGE LIQUEUR,

3/4 LEMON JUICE,

SODA WATER,

Add gin, orange liqueur, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Strain over ice into a rocks or Collins glass and top up with soda water. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

For the New School Gin Daisy, shake 1 ½ OUNCES GIN, ½ OUNCE LEMON JUICE, ¼ OUNCE GRENADINE, ¼ OUNCE SIMPLE SYRUP with ice, pour into a glass and top with SODA WATER.
